Mosaic-Type Control and Display Panels

Control and display panels made of mosaic-type building blocks are particularly suited for this task. Their modular design allows a cost-effective use that exactly fits the specific requirements of the plant and the mounting location. Future expansion and modifications can be achieved without great effort. The mosaic-type control and display panels can be incorporated in control boards, control consoles, wall-mounted housings, etc., as well as in control cabinets using 19" panel frames. Mauell mosaic-type control and display panels are used throughout the world in various fields of industry. They also allow the integration of EIB (European Installation Bus) components.
A control and display panel essentially consists of the mosaic grid construction to which the mosaic tiles and control and display elements are attached. Mimic diagram tiles and passive or active Mauell modules may be installed at any position on the panel's front. It is also possible to install measuring instruments, recorders and control devices with a bezel acc. to DIN 43718 (24 mm lattice). Different mounting frames are available for the installation of the panel. A free planning tool supplied on request assists you in designing the layout of your mosaic-type panel.
