The distributed alarm system ME 3010 indicates process alarms and events, and passes this information on to other equipment for further processing. All messages are indicated by LEDs and text labels so that the operator is always informed about the nature of the message and the number of messages currently pending.
Depending on the type of ME 3010 system used, the messages are indicated by LEDs or by a powerful back-light display.
The system's alarm and status indication is handled by message signaling modules. One message-signaling module displays 2 messages and occupies one slot in the ME 3010 system housing. One ME 3010 alarm indication system can display 2 to 238 messages. The ME3010 housing is intended for flush mounting.
