It offers PLC functionality and can exchange information over different communication paths. The system is equipped with various external interfaces and communication protocols.
The intelligent alarm indication system ME30 IMS is of modular design and suitable for processing small to medium data quantities. Simple applications can be implemented without any special software configuration. Thanks to its open architecture the ME30 IMS can be easily expanded as your system grows or changes.
SG/EG Data Transmission System
The SG/EG data transmission system is designed for the unidirectional transmission of 16 to 32 digital process signals via a two-wire connection. The system can be expanded with additional modules.
The automation and communication system ME30 compact is installed in a compact housing. Apart from the conventional functions, such as the acquisition, transmission and output of data, the ME30 compact offers a variety of additional features, such as data preprocessing in order to reduce the load on data traffic and PLC programming functions. The ME30 compact is equipped with different interfaces and communication protocols.
Modular-Type Annunciator Panel
The modular-type annunciator panel ME30 indicates 16 digital messages and passes this information on to other equipment for further processing. The messages are indicated by means of colored LEDs and each signal can be provided with a message text.
B7 Protocol Converters
B7 protocol converters are used as gateway modules between different protocol levels. Converted are the protocols IEC 60870-5-101, IEC 60870-5-104 and SEAB 1F.
